What is the deal with * Cannot reply to a non-existent comment." This is an error message I keep getting when trying to reply to comments that quite obviously exist. :(

try doing it from the driect page, instead of an email.

It seems to be hit and miss. A couple trys later it works.

I get that, too. It is very frustrating! It seems it takes ten tries to finalyl get it to actually post ;(

I've gotten that before too. I just have to copy my message, go back to the original page and start all over again and then paste. Very annoying!
